Here is one of the Patagonian anchorage, not a
ripple but 55 knots in the Canal just behind the Hill
Gust to 65 knots according to the
weather station. On the wrong side of this hill three Argentineans ended
with the crabs on their 30 plastic boat. Better get on a nice strong
boat. We reached that cove,
after tackling for two hours with the storm jib, 4 reef in the main and
the engine. We wanted to go the wrong way. But
, later, in the tiny cove , with heater, slippers, good wine and cassoulet,
that's was paradise! In Patagonia,
when the engine doesn't work, you fix it! or you go in the right way The
grass field above the boat lies on former Patagonians Indians campsites.
